It appears the Russians have met their match. They are unprepared for the guerilla war it is becoming. Ukraine chooses the targets, determines where the battle is fought, defines the means of battle, prescribes the narrative and defines victory. The strength of a fledgling, and imperfect, open society proves irrepressible against a totalitarian, despotic political system. Sic semper tyrannis.
